As seen in the attached file, we have made every attempt to mediate the situation. We cannot file anything with the city if the city does not respond to their phone calls or correspondences. A phone call was even attempted together with the customer and we were unable to reach the individual responsible for licensing. Further, the customer did not reply to any phone calls or emails to discuss the situation prior to us submitting his account to collections. We were prepared place his account on hold until said licensing was figured out since our hands were tied due to failure of communication on the local municipality. Additionally, the customer continued to accept and sign for our services and did not reply to emails related to payment which triggered a breach in the sign contract (attached) that the full contract will be due if his contract is cancelled due to non-payment. At this point we are willing to release the customer from his contract for payment of his two past due invoices, plus late fees for a total of $290.
