Ian Swho said he was the owner of this business was not very happy when I told him that I had to return the scooter because it turn out not to be a good fit for me and yes safety was a factorHe has not responded to my requestI requesting a receipt from him after I return the scooter and other items to himHe did sent me a texts informing me that I would be receiving a refund of $2,which included the 6% sales taxI would like to be able to see all deduction in writing I asked for a receipt by texts after receiving his texts on April 11, and in writing on April 12, He has not responded with this informationMy total cost was $2,for these items, so again I would like to see this return transaction on a business receipt to help verify my refund
