Our service manager [redacted] has spoken with our FCA Field Service Manager and we are trying to help facilitate a 'Factory Assisted Buyback' for Mrs. [redacted]. He has also spoken to Mrs. [redacted] a number of times and her husband actually came to the dealership Tuesday 8-2-16 and looked at our inventory and picked out a vehicle he would like to have as a replacement.
We have replaced the wiring harness as directed by FCA technical support and are in the process of verifying this repair successfully completed the issue.
We are waiting on FCA to let us know if they are going to do the BuyBack Process for [redacted]. we have conveyed to them that the [redacted]' would like assistance getting out of the [redacted] and intoa [redacted]
