Purchasing a RV from this company was a pleasant experienceHowever, the service department and accompanying customer service is extremely poorI had an issue with a Hybrid Travel Trailer and made an appointment for a time that "They could get it in" and traveled the hour and a half to their dealership to drop it off for serviceOver the course of almost three months, and several telephone calls made by me to inquire about the status of the repairs, I went to the dealership to get my trailerNOTHING HAD BEEN DONE !!!!! But they were sorry !!! Beware of buying anything from this dealership, they don't stand behind their warranties or service performance, nor customer serviceOnly reason for the one star is that I had to give them that to complete the review
