[redacted] talked to customer and she is going to pay her refund on 9/9/15. Spoke with owner 9-3-15 11:06 am.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  
Mr.
[redacted] offer of the $350 refund is not acceptable as it would still leave me
with very shoddy work done by Cincy Dry Shield on both the sidewalk repair and
the crack injection.  [redacted] agreed that the sidewalk was not
satisfactory and promised on several occasions to have someone come and
redo it professionally.  He also promised that he would return and clean
up the crack injection.  What I want is to have both jobs redone
professionally and to be compensated by Cincy Dry Shield for any additional costs
I may incur to have that work done.
