They have sewer backed up into rooms they rent and ask guests to put soiled paper in trash because of that reason..... They also dont comply with electrical code of texas. They have properties in lamesa tx. Also
Explanation of Charges Properties should be made to comply with code laws.
Complaint issue 1: Water back up in the tub
Resolution: Drain obstruction removed, tub is
draining as normal.
Complaint No 2: Electrical Code:
Resolution: Smoke alarm found stolen in the room. New smoke alarm installed.
