An absolutely perfect transaction from start to finish. I contacted the business before they opened and left voicemail stating that I needed their services for a malfunctioning garage door opener. Jim called me back shortly after they opened, He was pleasant and professional, and asked me questions to get a better idea of what was happening.

He told me that there were a few customers ahead of me, but that he would have his crew to me in the afternoon. True to his word, his crew arrived as promised. Jonathan & Donovan were absolute professionals. They took the time to listen to my description of the issue, asked questions then did some troubleshooting.

I ended up needing a replacement opener. Jonathan & Donovan explained the different features and functions of my new opener and ensured everything worked perfectly. The quality of the job was A+. I am very pleased for the value I received for the money spent, and the friendliness, knowledge and professionalism of Jonathan, Donovan and Jim.
