My son called Emerald Air Services come out at look at the air conditioning unit in our condo, one day it was working and the next day it wasn'tThey came out right away and diagnosed the problem, another HVAC company had been working on the roof of our building on a different unit and changed some wiring on our's in error! Sean the tech from Emerald found it very quickly and actually charged less than I had anticipated!! They did a great job at a very fair price!

I gave Mr*** a quote, over the phone, to repair his refrigeratorHe agreed to the price and I repaired the refrigeratorMr*** paid for the repair by credit cardA few days later, he disputed the charges with his credit card companyThe charge was reversedHe still owes us for the
repairI do not understand why he requesting a refund
