Poor Communication, unorganized, dismissive and unhelpfulI've used them once and I will not be using them again

I have been shipping with them for over years and usually ship items twice yearly I live in California USA but I usually ship to Jamaica WI I have had many positive experiences using Econocaribe The US portion of my shipping experience is always very positive The employees have great attitudes and answer questions with a lot of knowledge When clearing the stuff in Jamaica I always have a headache, as doing business in Jamaica is not the most pleasant experience I will definitely keep recommending Econocaribe to my friends and familyYou guys Rock!
