This hotel does not deserve 1 star, if I could give negative stars I would. I feared for my safety at this hotel. Upon check in, there were multiple people smoking weed and cigarettes all over the hotel premises, being loud and out of control. These people looked dangerous and were staring at me as I walked towards the Bulletproof window to check in. I was give a room that smelled like smoke when I checked in (around midnight) and went back to inform them I asked for a non smoking room, and he stated this was a non smoking room. Ridiculous. I told him I will not be charged a fee for the smell in this room because it was not me. I was informed there were no other rooms available to move me to. I got a queen bed when I paid for a king. Uncomfortable bed with 2 sad pillows for my husband and I. Stains on the sheets. The toiletries were very underwhelming (just a bottle of shampoo and a soap bar), the furniture in the room was broken, a piece of the wall was missing with exposed nails, and all night I heard screaming and yelling from all directions. The bed was uncomfortable and I was only given 2 sad pillows for my husband and I. The sheets had stains on them. I slept with the furniture in front of the door because I was scared of someone breaking in and robbing, raping, or killing me. I should not have to feel this way while staying in a hotel. To add, the "non smoking" rooms should not smell horribly of smoke. The WiFi did not work. No breakfast was provided. The hot tub was unavailable. And upon check in, I saw a sign that said that the premises is a non smoking facility, so why weren't they enforcing this rule? I was horribly disappointed and will not be staying here or at any Econo Lodge in the future.

Carpet was very stained and musty, the window lock was taken off, the bathtub was stained, the breakfast looked disgusting. This hotel is very disgusting. I did not feel safe there and could not sleep.

The desk clerk told them to call *** since they booked through them to complain and see if *** would call me to refund the virtual card and then they could refund their personal credit card. I never heard from *** to process the refunds on my end. I refunded $10.00 on each room plus tax as a refund. I have included the receipts to show the refunds.
