I am rejecting this response because:This is a complete lie, I had to leave to work at 5am on the 2nd, I went to the office to check out and get my deposit back, the office was closed and a sign on the door said it would open at I returned immediately after work between 12pm and 1pm and was told by a employee James that he put all the deposits in a safe and it could not be opened until the next morning when the district manager could open itI called the next day, the 3rd, around 10am and was told the district manager was not in to open the safe yetI called back around 2:30pm and was told the district manager said they would not give me a deposit because they had no record that I left a $cash depositSo how do you go from having no record of my deposit, to saying that I picked up my deposit and signed for it? I would like to see what form you are claiming that I signed when I supposedly picked up my deposit. My next step is filing a civil suit against your hotel
