On XXXXXXXX I checked into Econo Lodge Airport room When I entered into the room the room was in extremely bad conditionThe smell alone took my breath awayThe smell was like wet old odorThere were blood spots on the shower curtain and walls in the bathroom I could tell the shower curtain had not been cleaned because of the dirt found at the bottomThe bathroom floor and toilet had not been cleanWhen you lift up the toilet seat you still seen stainsThe bed had urine stains and under the sheets were not fresh and cleanThe room was unsensitized and under no conditions could I stay in that roomI approached the Manager and he was very rudeHis name is [redacted] made it very clear that he will not give me my money back and he will not offer another roomI had to leave that place and find another place to stay for the eveningI did not get refunded for not staying and I was so disappointed in the service I receivedThe company owes me [redacted] for the E
