ResCare HomeCare's QM/Compliance Director contacted [redacted] **on 04/25/and discussed his complaint regarding his father Pursuant to our conversation, our branch supervisors have been notified to communicate immediately with Mr [redacted] if a situation arises that prevents a caregiver from providing services to him in a timely manner If a situation arises that prevents his caregiver from providing his services, a replacement will be offered When questioned about housekeeping services, Mr [redacted] Jrhad only two specific housekeeping items that were problematic Our branch supervisors will communicate those items as well to ensure Mr [redacted] is receiving satisfactory housekeeping services Per our conversation, we agreed that communication is key for both issues, and we will maintain a better line of communication in the future Mr [redacted] has written "Good job" or "Great job" on several past timesheets, and ResCare HomeCare will make every effort to render the same degree of good service on a consistent basis We are happy to report that Mr [redacted] Jrstates he is pleased with his father's current caregiver
