Ok I hit a deer got an estimate was told to find a company to fix it. Went to Econo was told it could be done & it would look good. Not the case!! Went to pick up my car 5 days later I almost had a heart attack. The parts did not fit correctly I could put my index finger where the lights fit (it was not flushed), there was a gap between the hood and the fender still there, the the colors did not match at all, there was tape in the paint, the paint clearly did not match (he told me once I get a good car wash the colors would BLEND!! the paint was on all of the black parts, they did not cover the seats so my whole car is dusty, My car would not go in reverse!! (It did before I arrived) they removed a small piece and had been sticking random keys in it to make it go in reverse. I told the guy to come out & look at it [redacted] because I was disgusted & upset!! He agreed that it looked HORRIBLE!! He agreed & said he would fix it & to give him a couple of days. He wrote a note on the back of the receipt to [redacted] to make sure these problems were resolved! Went back again and [redacted] was back and the color was mismatched and a piece was missing & they had not fixed the reversal piece (which [redacted] said he would fix!! [redacted] said he would get the color right and any other issues Went back again Jan 13 the car looked better but it was still not fixed inside with the piece. Called today Jan 14 talked to [redacted] he told me it was nothing he could do about my car going in reverse it goes now. This not how he was talking to me in the beginning. I'm disgusted I just wanted my car fixed correctly. Not professional at all!1 Talk a good game but the work was shotty to say the least!!
