I do not recommend IX WEB HOSTING,at all,Iwas 10 years with them,but from one moment to another without any notice they migrated my website toanother company SITE5COM and this is worse,so far it's been 13 days since my website does not work,despite having made 5 claims.They managed totire me out and I had to find another web hosting to host my website.
To IX WEB HOSTING I have asked for the return of my money,but they tel me that they do not longer have me as a customer.
I think the government should take measures to protect the user of companies like these.
