I put one star but they don't even deserve that , their customer service is horrible, they lie to you and make up stories, they are very disrespectful and don't help you at all, they did not even created the label in my purchase and sent me to go to usps (where I wasted 2 hours)to re-route my purchase because they put the wrong address, stupid Jordan's supervisor did not know what to say that she chose to say "I'm not going to discuss this with you". not professional at all will be also calling the BBB and Duns and Bradstreet

Ordered bracelet 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it.
I ordered a Nana charm bracelet on January 11, 2014 they took $13.99 out of my account on January 13. It is now January 31 and I have not yet received the bracelet and every time I go check the order status (order # XXXXXX) it says pending.
