Multiple attempts have been made to get an authorization to return/exchange products to no avail.
I purchased 2 items . One of them doesn't even look like the picture in the advertisement. Bait and switch???
An investigation is warranted. I will pursue this matter.

I have contacted them 3 times since I purchased 2 back braces on June 19th, 2020. The braces finally came July 3rd and they were too small, I requested a refund while purchasing another one that was larger. I received the larger one and still haven't received a response about a refund or credit. Horrible customer service.
