January 4, 2020 I ordered a Showerhead and some air filter beads online....... January 5, 2020 I sent email to cancel the order because I changed my mind: due to the website kept showing additional items that would be necessary to use with the Showerhead, beads, handle; etc I than received an email from Eco, confirmation of order and apology that email was down; My order would be delayed due to this.... I would receive another email once order was sent to the fulfillment center: I responded to the email and reminded that I had canceled order: I received a response again stating my cancelation would be looked into: January 7, I received a subsequent email stating the same thing The 8th I received a email stating I would owe 20% restock fee for the processing and payment processor: Than I received another email the same day stating it was being looked into: January 9, I received a final email stating ? sorry , they couldn't process refund due to order already being processed and mailed out
