They won't post my honest review after experiencing their insanely difficult Soycrete product. I believe I bought this product under false pretenses, because they screen the reviews to post only the favorable. I wouldn't be surprised if many reviews are actually falsified. After searching the internet, it's clear that many people have difficulty with their product and hate their own experience with it and this company. Seems obvious their website is editing because they only have GREAT reviews, and as thus they're falsely advertising. If my husband and I, who are both engineers, can't install this stuff I really wonder who can.
Customer service was awful in trying to return an unopened product, because the don't cover return shipping and charge a ridiculous 20% restocking fee, so I end up getting a pittance returned to me. Needless to say the failed other products for the prep and stain are non-refundable b/c they're not defective in their opinion. Didn't even get an apology. Tech support was completely unreliable and unable to help us getting our floors corrected. Basically incompetent and totally disingenuous! We're hiring a pro to shred this stuff off.
