Once Material was ordered it took 2 weeks for delivery. This is standard for that time of year. The Material had to be delivered on the street because of limited access to the property and we stored extra decking material in his driveway up against the home. The driveway was the owners suggestion as he said he never used the garage and took the bus. We Completed the roof which included re-decking. we fixed the slope to his addition at no additional charge and brought everything to current building code. Our Supplier sent the wrong color modified bitumen roof and it was installed without notice. Once discovered we contacted our crew manager right away and let him know this area of the roof needed to be re-done. The replacement material was delivered, including new decking and placed in driveway as it had been before. [redacted] called and asked that we get it moved so he could get his car out. His Project manager went to his home at 8pm to get this done the same day. It took 3 weeks to get that replaced, which was longer then we would of liked, however not unusual as every roofing company in the [redacted] Metro Area, including ECO is overladed from the May 8th hail storm. Once it was replaced we called in for inspection. We had the extra materials picked up within a week of completion. In the mean time we send out our gutter installer to measure the gutters. We followed up with them after a week and were told they had still not done the estimate, as they too were very behind because of the storm. we are now 2 months into this. We let the homeowner know we were still working on this and that we would be a little while longer with repairs. We contacted another one of our gutter installers to find out if they had availability to complete gutters and he stated that he could get the customer scheduled as soon as possible because he had been waiting. [redacted]'s project manager [redacted] asked to set up a meeting with the homeowner as he wanted to address everything at this time. A Monday night visit was requested. [redacted] he never responded on if this date/time was ok with him. [redacted] received a call on Monday evening stating we had a set appointment and blew off [redacted]. He was screaming at the top of his voice that he left work early to meet, [redacted] said that he could be there in 20 minutes which would be 7pm. He also told him that he never confirmed a date and time. He stated that he didn't respond which meant that he agreed. He said no do not come out. We continued talking and he calmed down. He said he would contact me the upcoming days with a new time. We met downtown at his office building. He asked for paperwork stating that the work had been completed. He then sent a follow up email which I responded with all paperwork and answered all the questions he had. I informed him if he wanted some stucco work done than I will get our stucco contractor out to the property but that it was a small project and may take some time as they were all busy on bigger projects. He informed me he would not need the work done and that he would hire someone for that project. Tell us why here...

Eco Roof and Solar feels that we did what we could for [redacted] regarding her insurance claim in the short period of time that she had left remaining to complete the work, there were a few repairs that were necessary after construction. There was a failed inspection due to some flashing that was not sealed and a small amount of drywall work. These items have now been complete and the rein spection has been ordered for her roof.
Initial Business Response /[redacted]/
