ISSUE: Purposely misrepresented finding or incompetence I notified the ECO Mechanical service technician [Lic# [redacted] ] that the purpose of his visit was to clear a clog in the dryer vent He acknowledged and conduced a visual inspection of the entire exhaust tube aided with a flex scope He then stated, “[He] Found NO CLOGS in the vent” and charged $labor, and strangely added on the receipt, “Recommend customer to call a duct cleaning company” The San Diego Dryer Vent Cleaning company responded to my request for service and CLEARED the clog in the vent tube restoring operation The ECO Mechanical service technician [Lic# [redacted] ] apparently misrepresented his finding purposely, or due to incompetence His comment on the receipt document the inconstancy His actions has unnecessarily delayed our repair of the problem! A refund was made in response to my complaint
