I contracted Eco-Gro to fertilize and weed my lawn for the spring-fall of 2018. When the representative measured my property, I indicated I only wanted the side lawns and back lawn treated. Due to the City's proposed road construction, treating the front would be futile. On Sept. 28, an Eco-Gro representative was scheduled to apply the final treatment. On Oct 1, I noticed very hardy broadleaf weeds in both side lawns. I reported my concerns to the Owner on Oct 2. She claimed my contract was only for the backyard. According to the personalized proposal prepared by Eco-Gro, the measured area was 51000 sq. ft. There is no way my backyard is that large. The proprietor's solution was that I not pay the final invoice of $68.65.
My backyard should be measured and I should be rebated accordingly. I should pay for what I receive.
I have read over this complaint and recalculated her program for the season using our start/basic price which is the lowest price we offer for a full season, the difference between what she paid and the basic package is $54.51, taxes included. I told *** to skip the final payment of $68.65, taxes included for the last service we did on her lawn, which more than makes up for what she thinks she was overcharged. When we initially measured her property we included front and back and then she told me she was only interested in the back because of future construction I feel that I have corrected the issue with this past customer and there is nothing further I need to do, like I stated the price above is the lowest price we would have offered her so she has been fully refunded by not paying her last invoice.

I was very specific with the technician who measured my property. Due to future city construction, I only wanted the east and west side lawns and the back lawn treated. The technician was shown the city stakes which outlined the area where future city construction would occur. The back lawn is fairly small because the garage, the deck and pool coverage most of the square footage in the backyard. Accordingly, I would not have contracted to have only the backyard treated. The owner has not been forthright with the measurements or the square footage. Her response does not address the square footage for which I paid to have treated.
This past customers lawn was not measured at 51000 sq ft, that is over an acre!! It was rounded up to 5000 sq ft by my technician who initially measured her full lawn. She was not charged for the full lawn, only the back was treated not the back and sides like she claims she requested and unfortunately she didn't provide an e-mail address so I have nothing to go back on to clarify what was initially said. I have corrected this by telling her not to pay the final invoice, and the final payment was not made. My last response explained the difference in amounts between what she paid and our smallest amount offered on the same program but at our starting square footage. I am not sure what else she is expecting me to do but I am done with this situation and ask you kindly to stop mailing out letters, they will be ignored moving forward.
