Upon signature being completed, there is a third party verification call completed confirming the payment amount monthly along with the term of the agreement. Following that there is completion certificate signed after installation that confirms the consumer is satisfied with the installation. We would like to work on a resolution with the consumer and would like a phone number to contact the family member speaking on behalf of the consumer as well as two date s and times that would best to call/contact.
