The apt mgr keep my deposit then charge me extra, then lied on the document saying the I cause damages that was there already with pics to prove it.
On May 1st I spoke to *** telling him that I lost my job and by given him the notice that I am leaving, he said as long as you moved out before the 7th of June your rent will be prorated for the last month. Then on May 3rd, I found out when we moved in two years before we (my wife and I) were supposed to have an affordable apt but *** said he did not have any to take that one and he will transfer us when the one on the 8th floor become available but once my friend on the 8th floor moved out I went to *** and let him know, he said in two weeks once the maintenance has everything clear. a year went by nothing, then the pandemics strike making matters worse on the job front, *** is a liar and I will not stand for it. I have been paying *** a $100 dollars late every month up until June 2020 because I believed *** when he said that we can sign the lease and he will transfer us to the affordable once that was going to be available. However, he never did because he favor certain individual then others.
