I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

In response to Complaint ID# [redacted] dated 1076/2014
On June 20th, 2014, 1am Tommy [redacted], the photographer of Eclipse
Unlimited Entertainment had photographed the wedding of [redacted] and [redacted]
[redacted]. My contract states the DVDS of photos will be delivered within 60-90

days after event date. .1 explained to this [redacted], who is Mother
of the bride and also the bride itself that due unexpected medical conditions
and abundance of work that slowed me down I was going to be a little in
delivering of photos because I was not done with the editing. With that being
said, both [redacted] and [redacted] are both my Facebook friends and knew this
information already m [redacted], the bride, I understood and told me to take
my time. [redacted], the bride’s mother insisted her daughter was never going
to receive her wedding photos. At the time, it was one week the due date on
the contract. Three weeks past the con tract, I advised all parties that the
DVDS will be delivered the following week. I do want to point out went I sat
with the bride and groom at the kitchen table only 100 photos were talked
about because they were already married on a beach and had photos taken
and this was a party for their family and friends. I advised them if! take
more they can have them, I left on the contract 250 photos because I knew
within 5 hours I would have at least that many. They were friends of the
family. After taking over 700 pictures I had over 450 pictures edited and I
could of easily only gave them 100 pictures. ff1 would of gave just 100
edited pictures or just 250, I would have been down within the 60-90 days. I
took it upon rnyseif to go out of the way to do something good for my
clients, for I take my professional and the people the I hire me very serious.
I only wanted to make another customer happy by going above and beyond,
but instead it backfired in the end,
This is the first time I had ever had to deal with this type of situation.
[redacted] had said she had wanted the pictures unfinished. They pictures,
DVDS (1 DVD copy of edited photos and 1 OVO copy of unedited photos)
were shipped by USPS certified express mail to the bride, [redacted] at
her home address on 10-14-2014.

Review: I hired eclipse unlimited for a wedding on June 20 2014. My complaint is the photographer [redacted] took the wedding pictures. As of this date. I have not received any photos. She has so many excuses. Of why I have no pictures. The contract called for 60 -90 days. Well that's past I have emails promising the photos numerous times. I still don't have them. She claims she is sick. But she still talking to brides. I think she should be stopped I think this is a scam. This was a wedding you don't get a do over I just want this reported. So no other bride has to go through thisDesired Settlement: I'm going to sue the company. I want the pictures unfinished. And I will have a professional finish them
