ECL Irrigation Systems

Review: I gave [redacted] a $600 downpayment on April 25th (out of $1,950.00) to install underground sprinklers at my home address. Per the invoice and contract, [redacted] (ECL Irrigation) was supposed to start on May 5, 2014, pending weather. After numerous emails, the dates have been pushed further and further out. Most of the time, it is very hard, albeit sometimes impossible, to get a call back, email, or text message. Since August 29th, we have continually asked for our initial deposit back of $600. Most of the time, we are left with broken promises of putting a check for $600 in the mail, but yet nothing ever comes from it. As stated, phone calls, text messages, and voicemails are rarely ever returned.

We just want our money back.
