But I received another brand called [redacted]!! I contacted these two guys, one of them started calculating the days!! The guarantee starts the day you order, not the day you received it!!! So, the warranty lasts only for 20 days!!!

The guy tried to run away from it by convincing me that [redacted] and eGo are the same brand!!! I looked over the internet and no body says that.

When he failed convincing me, he offered me $10 discount from my next purchase!!! Trying to make me forget about this issue!! what about the non-working cigarette here!! it has a quality of a stick!!! no vapor , the battery heats like an oven...they told me not to contact them anymore, and they do not make refunds.

Simply, the product on their website is not the same I received, and they do not respond to me anymore, saying that I should deal with my losss!!Desired Settlement: They have to send me the right product that matches what I ordered, not a clone brand of that product.

This is completely false. He received the correct item. Customer did not contact us after 30 days of receiving the item if he suspected an issue.

Under our terms and conditions we are to be notified within 48 hours of receiving the problem if you feel you have an issue with your item, which the customer did not do.
