summary, The Wayne Foundation is an Arizona Non-Profit Corporation duly authorized to do business in the State of Arizona and registered with the Arizona Corporation commission for over 6 years.  The complaint was filed by a company out of Florida that has been attempting to use our good name and for purposes which we believe to be not in the public's best interest.The records with the Arizona Revdex.com are incorrect in that they reflect a name, web address and phone which do NOT belong to The Wayne Foundation.   Our phone is ###-###-#### and our web address is w[redacted] and [redacted] Please update your records and reflect our response to the complaint filed as being a dispute between our company and one that is NOT associated with us or to use our name in any way here in Arizona.Thank you, Wayne Warrington
