I ordered a box mod from their website and received my order on time. Unfortunately it was defective. After emailing them I sent back the item with the shipping label they provided me. They were kind enough to not only send me another box mod, but also a nice matching tank and battery! It's customer service like this that will keep me as a Ecig Avenue customer! Thanks again!!
