I received my Fitpass Plus 7 days ago and it was missing the heart rate monitor. I have emailed 4 times with no response. I'd like a refund/monitor

Ordered product on 4/22/20. Promised shipment 5/1/20. Item not shipped. Multiple attempts to contact for resolution have been ignored.

Still have not received full purchases after shipment date was 5/1/20. Multiple attempts to reach customer support have been ignored. This was intended to be a Mother's Day gift with full expectations that shipment would be fulfilled.
Just want the product to be delivered with possible coupon or discount for inconvenience this has caused. Not looking for refund at the moment.

Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased a bike two months ago only to cancel due to shipment delays. I took out a loan to purchase the bike and I refused to pay for an item I did not physically have access to. I was told that the loan refund would take 5-10 business days. Well, here I am a month later and the loan company is calling me 10 times a day and I can't reach a human at Echelon. I went onto Facebook and apparently they have a great reputation for being awful to their customers! No one is getting their bikes on time, no one can reach customers service agents, no one can get straight answers. Buyer beware!!!
