after review of this complaint I have spoken to my shop foreman and general manger The car is over years old and the warranty clearly states on our invoice that vehicles over years old are excluded from a warranty simply because cars rust out and don't last more then that However we did not inform the customer before installing windshield that there would not be any warrantyPlease have customer contact the office for a full refund of 195.00Thank you for the info, we have revised our company policy on vehicles over years oldCustomers must sign invoice before starting job going forward[redacted] [redacted] ***Vice President Delaware Auto Glass
