Surplus overcharged my mother and gave her the wrong reciept.
AFter my mother purchased 6 windows from Surplus Warehouse she asked for her reciept because they didnt give her one. When they gave her a receipt the price was $645.39. She didnt realize it until she got home. But she was actually charged $1404.89. When I called them to see what the issue was, they told me it was none of my business and that her price was right. They did not want to work with us, and we are now $759.50 short. This is not right, and Im sure they have done this to many other people. I have the reciepts if needed.
