Ebony Salon

I'm fairly new to the Colorado Spring area and I really dont know anyone in this shop. However they allowed this guy named felix to answer the phone and take in new customers. He didnt know what to do with my hair or what he was doing! I felt like a guinea pig and paid full price nothing. Some of the stylist had to stop what they were doing to show him how to do basic stuff. Also he was using this cheap old flat iron that was barely working! I had the most horrible experience there and viewing the [redacted] reviews i'm not the only person to experience this mess.
