This is Ebiz Innovations’ (hereafter “Ebiz”) response to the complaints filed by Mr. [redacted]. In large part Mr. [redacted]’s complaints do not relate to Ebiz at all. Specifically, Ebiz did not contract to build Mr. [redacted] a website, let alone the five he claims. Further, Ebiz is completely unrelated to Reliable Business Consultants or Omni Coaching.
 
Ebiz actually contracted with Mr. [redacted] to provide him with a Social Gateway package, video marketing, a Facebook Pro package, a QR code, and a Pinterest package. Although Mr. [redacted] apparently feels he should have paid less for these services, as the attached written contract demonstrates, Mr. [redacted] contractually agreed to the contract amount, and he did not have to execute the contract if he felt he was paying too much.

We have talked with the client and came to an agreement.

I have not received anything from EBIZ in the way of a refund. The 1500 dollars they keep referring to was given to me before the process ever started this was done by them to sweeten the deal in order for me to do business with their company. After I expresses my dissatisfaction with the company and the product I was sold. I was told by Thomas B[redacted] that I would be refunded my money .He then stated he needed to talk to someone else and would call me back in 20 minutes and that 20 minutes has turned into months. I have left several phone messages and emails without any response to this point.

him a full refund of $700.00 for the services he purchased. He is waiting for you guys to reach out to him so he can let you know we have come to a resolution and get this case closed and accept the refund. Let me know if there is anything you need specifically from us and I can get it over to you.

Please see attached for additional documents showing each contract [redacted] signed as well as transaction records showing matching CVV, AVS and billing addresses. Also attached you will find email correspondence with [redacted] showing she did receive each product as it was completed. Screen shots of each product are provided of each of those products. Please note that at no time did [redacted] sign or pay for the website we provided to her at no cost. If at anytime [redacted] had expressed concerns we would have been more than happy to attend to them but up until 4/4/16 she was working with her customer service on a weekly basis moving forward on her project and training.Thank YouEbiz Team

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have taken MANY calls from you, calls in which you have done nothing but harass me saying that my website would amount to nothing if I don't take out a loan and invest more into the project. You had a rep train me on twitter. Are you kidding me?! I have a twitter for all 4 of my other business so I stopped that immediately because I did not need that service nor did I ask for it. 
I appreciate the response but there is nothing you can fix at this point as you already had a chance to do so. I gave you a chance to make it right months ago but you were so focused on was drilling me to invest more by taking out loans so my needs were never addressed. If you are not willing to give me my refund in full I will be forwarding this matter to my lawyer and contacting Ohio attorney General Office regardless of the price tag on my end. It's simply about principle at this point. The ONLY reason my bank did not get involved is because supposedly there is a contract involved and that is out of there scope of practice.

and here are the brands I sell: Briggs, Rackem, Ferris, Kawaski, Shindaiwa, etc. Really? Nice job. I would think for $3,500 my product brands are a pretty important part of the product/service your team is investing time in. After all, time can never be returned as you told me.

Pro,QR Code,Pinterest,Social Gateway,and Video Marketing for the cost of $13,000. Mr. [redacted] was sent an e-sign contract, which includes our Service Agreement, to the...

following email, [redacted]@hotmail.com. This Letter is notifying Mr. [redacted] that eBiz Innovations has fulfilled and finalized the products. We are providing emails with delivery of the products as well as a screenshot of the products, which verify all are in live working order. We are also including the original contract showing Mr. [redacted] e­ signature agreeing to the charge for $13,000 for the services mentioned above. This contract lists the products that Mr.[redacted] was charged for as well as our Service Agreement. Lastly we have provided a copy of our transaction documentation showing a positive AVS and CVV for the card charged. Should any additional information be required, please contact our office at your earliest convenience.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: It's definitely a lie that their products have been completed.  The only thing that was completed was the video (and it was probably copy work as well, but that didn't seem relevant since it just helps people be aware of the website).  The site is not nearly complete, as no products have even been picked out.  Another home page and logo was just created, but they do not satisfy me at all.  Because of the services I have supposedly received, I do not trust them or their outsourcing companies to provide good quality services now or in the future.

Mrs. [redacted] contracted us to build and train her on some marketing pieces in June of 2016. All of which were comlpeted and responded to by Mrs. [redacted]. In July of 2016 the said client stopped taking her appointments and never responded to any of the calls that...

were made to her so there was no way for us to know she was not happy with the services. We are more than happy to take her phone calls to discuss some sort of solution at this point but we cannot fix any issues if she does not communicate with us.

So back to the reason to why this complaint was filed to begin with. You charged me $3,500.00 after misrepresenting yourself by telling me you were apart of my web team from Volusion, submitted work that has NOTHING to do with my business products/ services and then told me I need to pay to have it redone by taking out personal loans. In other words, you have no solution to taking my money and giving me nothing in return for it? Unbelievable and completely unacceptable. When can I expect my full refund?

We have not received any calls or emails from Mr. [redacted]. We processed a $1500.00 refund with him and consider this matter closed.

Each thing Mrs. [redacted] is untrue and false. Every product the client purchased was delivered in full via the email address she supplied us with and is listed below:
 
Cool Social was finished and delivered on on 07/05/16
Social Gateway(Virtual Business Card) finished and delivered on 07/05/16
Marketing Video finished and sent on 07/05/16
Blogs finished and sent on 07/06/16
 
We can also show that each of those product was delivered to the clients IP address as well.
 
We as a company we contracted to build those products and those products alone. The client signed a contract and if she wanted to cancel within the cancellation period we would have been more than happy to do that for her. We were unaware the client had any issues until she filed complaints against us and would have been more than willing to come to an agreement for a partial refund had she reached out to us directly to begin with.
