I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
THERE WAS NO EMPLOYEE AVAILABLE TO CHECK ME IN AT CHECK IN TIME!!!!!!!!! Johnny B is a liar and when I tried to discuss this matter with him via telephone he cursed me out and hung up on me. I want my money back because I DID NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO STAY AND DID NOT STAY AT HIS HOTEL!!!! I will continue to complain and make phone calls, send emails and meet with whoever I have to in order to get this matter resolved!!!! Johnny B should be fined and have his license revoked or placed on probation until he runs a fair business where he does not cheat the customer and treats them with respect. I again ask you to look at some of the reviews from other guest that DID stay at Johnny B's hotel. You will see they are very similar. s

This hotel tries to it's very best to accomodate all guests and make sure their stay is enjoyable.
This guest tried to check in before check in time. The housekeepers were cleaning all the rooms and we did not have an available room at this time. The guest was asked to come back at check in...

time. We won't put a guest in a dirty room.I am here 24/7 so there was a person on duty.
