Ebert's Asphalt

We recently had Ebert's come to our home asking for our business, we explained that we were interested but only to dump a few loads of asphalt but that it was to early in the year to put down the oil as we were doing lots of work on equipment in our yard at the time and did not have time to move and prepare for everythingWe stated this multiple times over the phone and via text messageWe asked multiple times for pricing quotes and they never gave us a priceThey dropped off the loads and without us agreeing to any deal, signing a contract or giving any verbal agree they started to move the asphalt around and wanting to try to move our equipment without our permissionWe stated we did not have the funds at the time to complete the entire project as prior time we had the drive way completed was around grandIf my wife would not of been home to watch them, they would of completed the entire job and move our tractor equipment without our permissionWhen confronted about everything, the boss Randall got extremely mad, said he needed to work and kept pushing to move forward with the jobwe said no yet again and when confronted face to face he got very angry and handed us a bill that was way over priced for the loads of asphalt he brought to our homeFor us to go to a local business, haul the loads our self we were over changed by around dollarsWe offered him business with our friends and tried to offer them a deal half the price he was charging usI would never recommend them to another person nor will they ever do business with us againWe try very hard to stay local with business but this will be the last time we do business with themI would steer clear of this company as they will only over charge you
