Review: My issues are with the sales, repair and services of this company, mainly the manager [redacted]. I traded my Harley for 2 quads, my Harley was in EXCELLENT condition, I brought home one quad and they were to be cleaning up and new battery. They told me it was never wrecked and kept in a garage that they got it off of an 80 yr old man. I had it one day and it pulled to the left and battery did not hold charge, they never put a new battery on it they only charged old one and when I mentioned it they basically said oops sorry, and then promised again to put new battery. [redacted] said he would make things right. I bought the quad in Oct 2014 and still do not have my quad back. Every week they tell me something else is wrong with it. They did tell me the frame was bent and they even drove 4hrs away to get new frame this was back before Thanksgiving. I can give more details for I am not sure how this works or how you can help me. I was promised it to be fixed before first day of hunting season and it didn't happen, and like I said every week it is something else wrong with this quad. I feel [redacted] the manager has not had my best interests in mind and he has not handled it professionally whatsoever.To sum it up I bought a quad in Oct. and still do not have my quad.Desired Settlement: I would like a new quad.
