Review: Ebay refunded a customer a product when they knew the customer actually received the item. I brought it to their attention and they refused to correct the situation by giving me the money back or the product. They did this on three different occasions. I am so upset they are unwilling to work to resolve the issue and on top of that they are attempting to charge me for services not rendered. I want them investigated because a number of other users have reached out to me with the same situation. I think their business practices should be looked into. Fraud is likely happeningDesired Settlement: would like my fee balance wiped or my money back for the product sold. I would also like ebay shut down and investigated they are hurting a lot of small business
