We have been utilizing their services for several years now. These guys are awesome. Outside of a few hick-ups at the beginning, they have taken the initiative, been helpful, proactive, and supportive to us throughout our relationship with them. Especially through the COVID issue relating to government assistance. They ensured we were up to date on government activity and what it meant for us. They were proactive on making the requirements as easy as possible for us to fulfill. We have used ADP and Paychex in the past and my satisfaction with this organization far surpasses either of them or both together. The only thing missing is the availability of PEO and the IRS Employer of Record benefit. However, in my opinion, these guys make up for it in cost savings, clarity, transparency, and dependability.

We have used this company in partnership with our payroll company thru the PPP process. We couldn't have survived and got the PPP loan with out their help. They helped us with all the reports we needed sending them to me via email since I was not in office due to death in family and covid closing shop for a while. We really appreciate all they did for us great customer service. Thanks to Kevin especially.
