I am rejecting this response because: this company is the name of the company that is on the permit and listed as the contractor performing the work If this contractor is staying here that they fraudulently obtained a construction in the City of Aurora on the behalf of another contractor named victor, the person named on the check, than it appears that this named contractor on this complaint may have admittedly broken the law The person named on the permit as the contractor performing the work is the responsible contractor If they are claiming someone else is to blame, then their issue with this person is their own concern to recoup the cost of the damage to my home But this contractor listed on this complaint is the responsible contractor without question

To whom it may concern,   This letter is regarding a claim made against ABP Remodeling. ABP Remodeling did not perform the roofing work on [redacted] Westbury lane Aurora, IL 60502. ABP Remodeling pulled the permit initially because we were contacted to perform the work by a sales...

representative by the  name of [redacted]. We were never notified about performing the job and therefor never provided any services to this property or to the homeowner. We have never received any sort of payment from either the homeowner nor [redacted]. I am sure the client who made the claim has a copy of who they made the payment too and it was not to ABP Remodeling.
