I am rejecting this response because: I paid the plumber for installation, no plumber from manufacturer checked any fixtures or plumbing issuesThe builder and his plumber confirm issues with bidet valves

plumbing contractor. all defective material was to be returned for factory inspection & credit. E&B did not charge [redacted] for the replacements ; however, [redacted] refuses to return the replacements. also the builder & plumber did not charge [redacted] for the change out of the replacements. [redacted] has no paid invoice for the labor. the $2600.00 labor bill is submitted to E&B. [redacted] claims he wants $2600.00 for pain & suffering in an email to E&B. the bidet faucet is not defective. the plumber demonstrated with a pressure gauge that the fluctuation in high water preasure coinsides with the faucet variation. the faucet manufacturer spoke directly to [redacted] to confirm this & says the faucet is not defective. there is no pain & suffering . there is no $2600.00 due to [redacted]. there is unpaid for material at [redacted]'s home which needs to be returned so that E&B can return it to the factory for inspection & credit to E&B
