Eat Love

I placed an online online order for a Chick’n Bucket on Feb 3. On Feb 6 I emailed asking for a status update, was told my order would ship on Feb 10 and that I would receive a shipping update with tracking info. No such email was ever sent.

I called the number on their web site on 2/13 and was told that the owner handles all online shipments, wasn’t available through the phone, and it was best to contact through Instagram. I emailed again requesting an update on 2/14, commented on one of their Instagram posts on 2/14, and direct messaged their eatlove account on 2/15.

The owner continues to post on Instagram - posts and stories both - but apparently does not have time to communicate with customers or fulfill orders.
