Yes I talked to [redacted] last spring, a very nice lady. She had some wrinkles in her turf but was going to her farm in [redacted] (I believe) for many months and would not be back until the fall. She stated  she was not in any hurry since she would be out of town. I did send a repair person...

by but the repair needed more than one person and it was notated that the repair was complete. When [redacted] returned to Texas she called about the repair. We put her on the schedule but it may have been further out than she wanted. We sent a crew to do the repair and as I understand happy with the repair. We always take care of our customers and honor our installation warranty. We have few repairs and normally take care of these on Saturday as not to interfere with our installations. Rain delays can cause us to get backed up on occasion. We are sorry to cause [redacted] any frustration on getting her repair taken care of in a professional manner.
