Review: NOTE: THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE PURCHASE OF THIS VEHICLE!

My vehicle was booted, I was parked in a large lot that has [redacted] upstairs and [redacted] downstairs. I was away from my vehicle all of 20 minutes this morning from approximately 8:40 am till approximately 9:00 am. When I returned there was a boot on it, I called the number and less than 2 miss. The tow came and told me I had to give him $65.00 if I wanted the boot off my vehicle or he would tow it. I explained that I went around to give my son something, then proceeded to go to [redacted] in the lower part of the shopping mall. He said that I walked away from my vehicle and didn't go into [redacted] that is why I was booted. He would not u boot my car until I paid $65.00.

He pointed out the sign to me, however there is no where on the sign that says I must immediately go into the store which is located on the top part of the shopping mall. I paid him $65.00 I asked for a receipt. However, first I told him I would like to speak to his office and he said that there was no one there and that they would not waive the charge or reduce it. Also the number I called was the phone he had on him, therefore, it was no one for ** to complain to. He told me that his name was [redacted].

Thanking you in advance for your assistance in this matter. I am hoping I can get my $65.00 back especially because I was not parked Illegal! I am a senior and retired and on a fixed income.
