She did reach me to make a complaint ,and actualy she did not stop calling me and insisnting and making treats if I dont return her money she will sue me or else. I refuse to be bullied and refuse to work with her. I did try to understand her problem,but at the edn she just wanted free servise. And because she did not resive free servise she start making treats. Her husband have been in the appartment , but he did not wanted to inspeck the job done by my team. When there is a member of the house hold in the house I like them to make inspection especialy when it is first time for us as cleaning team performing the job.
Her husband refuse to make that inspection.
My responce to this situation is ALL CLEANING SERVISEC DO NOT EVER CLEAN THIS HOUSE AND FOR THIS PERSON [redacted]. She will not want to pay you what so ever.
I will not retun her money becouse she first was treating me and my bussines , second she own me money for the full complet of this job. She payd for regular cleaning and actualy lied to us that she had previos cleaning servise,to trick us in giving her good price ,but that prace was for regular cleaning,not deep cleaning(which is why she is not happy in first palce with me). For deep cleaning [redacted] you own me 90$ more.
