Tell usYou only have to provide a code when paying by credit card only.When making a reservation for your initial move you are provided the exact fee for your first 3hrs minimum which is $175.00 and after that each hour is $50.00The invoice provided by me was a old invoice to show that I have used easy Moving before and The invoice only shows the managers phone number and email address. There was never a address provided the company has only used cell phones .

Review: The workers from Easy Moving damaged a piece of bedroom furniture. First, the workers did not have the tools needed to perform the job. I had to provide this to them. Second, when attaching the mirror to the Chester drawer, they screwed through the wood. Third, the owner stated that after talking with her employees, that it was my fault for not telling them how to install the mirror or when to stop when screwing in the screws. I was present the entire time informing them on how the piece was to be attached. Fourth, I sent her pictures of the damages and called her while her workers were present to report the damages and she took days to contact me back. Lastly, after agreeing to refund me the full amount and after me contacting her to agree to this settlement, she ignored all communication from me.Desired Settlement: The settlement that I am looking for is a full refund of the services provided. It was $110. Although the damages exceed this amount, I will settle for this. The owner agreed to this, and when I contacted her to arrange the settlement, she would not return my phone call or respond via email.Any and all help in dealing with this situation would be appreciated. Review: We hired Easy Movers through [redacted] when reserving a truck. Their standard time is two hours, but we added an extra hour to be on the safe side. They were hired from 10am-1pm. Two guys showed up at 10am and began loading the truck. By 11am the truck was ready to go to the new residence. My husband and the two movers drove out there and began unloading. Then, at 12pm they said they had to leave because they had another job that began at 1pm. I understand that travel time should be taken into consideration. HOWEVER, why would they book another appointment to start at 1pm when that is when ours was supposed to end? I called them and they refused to refund our extra hour. Instead, they offered to send out another team to complete the hour, but for an additional $120. This "company" has no real business number - just some woman's cell phone. I do not feel that this is a legitimate company.Desired Settlement: We would like for the $50 for the additional hour that we did not receive to be refunded back to our credit card.
