AVOID THE HARTSELLE ALABAMA LOCATION!!
This was the first time I have ever gotten a title pawn and after this experience I never will do it again
Not even 20 minutes after I left the store the person that did the transaction with me called me stating she can't find my title and continued to call me several times a day for 5 days
Then called my job 2 days before the payment was even due
The district manager is as rude as can be.
Called me yelling YES YELLING
I hope the rumors are true and this location is being shut down
The employees are horrible not to mention unprofessional and incompetent
Again look elsewhere you WILL regret using this location
We will see if this gets posted or if they delete it....
Shame that my first experience has been so bad....
