April called from the business and stated that after further review of their phone records no phone calls were received from Mr. [redacted]. If Mr. [redacted] had contacted them they would have contacted the towing company that they do business with to have the vehicle towed back. Mr. [redacted] had the car towed...

upon his own discretion by a family member. When the vehicle was towed damage was done to the transfer case and transmission. The vehicle was an AWD and should have been towed on a truck bed and was not. The vehicle was dropped off on a Saturday and until Easy Car Rentals opened and check the surveillance cameras they weren't aware that the car was on the property. On March 29, 2017 a check in the amount of $[redacted] was issued to Mr. [redacted]. There will be no refund for the fee Mr. [redacted] paid to have the vehicle towed back. Mr. [redacted] was asked to not return to the property of Easy Car Rental because of an incident that happened.
