I rented a car from easy car rental, everytime there were a different type of issue.My payments were up to date. But this last time I woke up to car not in my driveway so I call them from 4am - 12pm that day to get some answers. They proceeded to tell me a incident I was involved in the previous week that's why the car was towed by sheriff's office do I respond y'all asked me last week did have to he car cuz we have a report of car being towed in incident and I tell you again u have the wrong vehicle cuz the vehicle is currently in my possession. Do that was a lie. And they say ok we can't get anymore in until the owner of car can call them so this is another week wait. Mind u all my personal stuff, bank cards, dlicense everything still in vehicle. So I call them after the week and they giving me the run around. So I call the sheriff office and get more info cuz the vehicle was towed from my residence, and I find out the vehicle was repossessed by financial institution for non-payment (nothing to do with me). So I contact Easy car rental and tell them I know what's going on and I need my stuff out the vehicle now. They tell me they gonna contact me the next morning to get my stuff out of the car. O have been calling this for 1 week as if today no response, ignoring calls and text. I text and ask about my deposit and bank cards and everything in vehicle still nothing. I send text so how many other cars are you renting out behind on payments? No response to anything. I might be blocked.
