I am rejecting this response because:What does anything you just posted to me have anything to do with the pay back you owe me of $2500.00 bucks. Let me try and keep you on track with relevant factual stats. You lied to everyone involved on several occasion stating the car was financed well after you stopped the entire procedure. You then said it was an in-house finance to finally nothing was financed and we took the car back to you as stated. There is no damage to the car that wasn't expressed when we bought the car. This was even verbally stated by Morgan that he remembers something was said about the dent on the hood. even though it was nearly impossible to see is irregardless. moving on the the multiple phone calls and statements from all of y'all that our money was imminent and will be paid, and even going further to say when the car sells, down to were not getting a dime. The car was immediately back on the lot for sale the next day as if nothing happened except that you hi-jacked a $2500.00 down payment to the car from us. Your going to have to do better Mujab on your stance of relevant facts and try to forget your irrelevant statements. I see all over Revdex.com how you have done big financial wrongs to innocent people. Im requesting one more time my $2500.00 down payment back to me, as this could have been such a simple ,easy and honest transaction you could have made at the time.

outside and driver would have let her remove her items at that time. When vehicle comes to American Recovery Corporation, all items are removed, boxed, inventoried and stored. They are stored inside. They are also sent a certified letter. Items are stored for 30 days. There are many reasons for this. 1)    Safety (Care - Control -Custody) 2)    If [redacted] watched American Recovery Corporation hook up the car, she could have come out and our driver would have let her remove her property. 3)    When a vehicle comes to American Recovery Corporation, ail items are removed, boxed, inventoried and stored indoors. There are several reasons for this. A.    if there was (as example) chocolate bars left in the car, in the sun. They would melt and possibly stain other items or interior. B.    In cold weather, drinks freeze & bust causing damage. C.    If car is picked up and moved to auto auction, debtor may have to drive far as [redacted] to retrieve personal items. 4)    Cost-We must buy boxes, tape and pay an employee wages & insurance. Not to mention the cost of a certified letter.In conclusion we would much rather a debtor come out (in a non-hostile state) and remove personal items. Our fee is charged for a service performed at close to or less than our actual cost. We actually would like to knock ail debtor's doors to remove items, however it is illegal for American Recovery Corporation to do so. Upon signing my agreement I was told I was in-house financed on a buy here pay here bases.  I was never informed about a third party finance loan.  My credit was never ran to be approved with equitable finance.  My job and all of my information was never verified correctly.  I also made the last of my down payment at your dealership office!  How can you legally finance me through a loan company without my knowledge or consent?  Also not correctly body anything or no hard pulls from equitable finance on my credit to approve me for a loan.  You were not honest than during my purchase of my vehicle and this is not resolved!

and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The issue is not simply getting the truck repaired. The repairs took 6 weeks to complete so I had no choice but to purchase an additional vehicle. How can taking 6 weeks to repair the car be acceptable customer service? I now have a vehicle that I no longer need. If the repairs were completed the first, second or even 3rd time in less than 2 weeks then everything would be great. This is an unacceptable response - I would like the dealer to purchase back the vehicle. This will be no cost to them as they can sell again for what I paid for the vehicle. This is not an unreasonable request.
